Artist's Comments

Second photograph from the "Freedom In Black And White" series I made with ~FeA-OLoReA, which will be soon available as a whole on Aenemya.com.

Remember, I'm completely new to film photography. I used a black and white film (400 ISO) with my Nikon FM2. We spent about two hours and a half on that desert and cold shore that day... Cheeks became red and hands frozen, but memories still lie beneath our hearts. Despite this, we had a terrific time. We were completely free to jump to the sky and to trace hopes in the sand, to dance until there was no strength left in our bodies, until our souls were fulfilled. Sea and us promised to meet again, one day.

The funny thing about this one, is that strange white lines which appear on the left, as well as that kind of ... negative?! at the bottom. I swear I didn't manipulate anything, didn't add any brush or something. I can't understand how this happened. :o It makes me feel so good to use different medias to express my genetic loneliness. Photography is awesome and makes me feel something special which digital art doesn't. I like how technical imperfection fits that afternoon's emotional perfection...

Dresden Dolls! Eee.

I love this, the way it's composed, the lighting, the mystery, the way you can only see her legs. Well done!

To me, you're strange and you're beautiful...

Ya the white line is kinda weird. The other thing to the left of it looks like a ghost orb. :D A very good idea to use black boots rather than white. it makes it stand out more, especially since it's to side, rather than in the middle.

Belle exposition. Les extremes sont purs et délicieux à voir.

Et puis, je trouve qu'elle y donne du charme à ta photographie, cette ligne blanche.

Keep up the great work, ma chère amie. J'ai hâte de voir la suite de la série!

cool, I really like the contrast between the black boots and white dress/skirt. White line is a little wierd though, don't know if your going for that worn photograph look or not.

She wrote that in her descriptions.

finally!, I was already trying to imaging this photos :) . I like this one for the empty-full concept with her shoes.
Lovely work Marie.

Ces photos sont vraiment magnifiques. Celle là est ma préférée des deux, vraiment, le noir des bottes qui ressort autant sur le reste, et surtout le contrast avec la jupe blanche qui vole.. argh.
